An Ontario Chamber of Commerce report suggests that young people don't know how to find work and that contributes to low business confidence in finding talented people.

Charla Robinson is with the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce and she says the way to change that is working with the education system to make students more aware.

Last year the survey found that 60 percent of respondants had a low confidence in the Ontario economy.

That's actually risen to 77-percent in the most recent poll.
